I love the notched collar, the grosgrain trim and the hip pockets on this 1940s sheer embroidered lace dress. And the color too, a soft fawn. Put any color slip underneath or stick with a nude color. The dress is sheer so will need a slip.
Condition: The grosgrain ribbon on the left sleeve has rust spots on it and is fraying. Also where the ribbon attaches to the sleeve in one area, the lace is broken and a long thread hangs down, see one of the last images.
A rhinestone missing from one of the front pocket buttons.
The dress is sheer, unlined and zips up the waist with a metal zipper.
Measurements:
Bust 36"
Waist 28"
Hips 38"
