1930s Zip Front Rose Print House Dress

Adorable happy rose print on this 1930s zip front cotton house dress. Puff short sleeves, ruffle trim on the bodice and patch pockets, and with smocking at the waist, it's the cutest! 

The dress is unlined and zips most (not all) of the way down the front with a metal zipper.

Condition: Fair and wearable. Showing some age with fading and some spots, which can be seen when worn. One of the pockets is pulling away from the dress and will need to be reattached. There is a small fixable skit in the side seam. See images. The fabric itself is thinning from being worn and laundered over the years. Yellowing across the upper back.
