Neon colors of teal, pink and purple with a black sketch art print give this tunic a 1940s vibe. The V insert at the neckline and cuffs are done in a black velveteen. Love the colors on this.
This one is very tough to date. It is unlined and zips up the rear.
Condition: A red spot on one of the sleeves near the lower elbow area, see last image.
