Worn to her prom in 1958, this vintage party dress by Will Steinman is suitable for prom, black tie, wedding or perfect for New Year's Eve. A barely blue netting drapes over the barely blush pink under-lining for a hint of color. The pearlescent sequin leaf swag applique lays across the bust accentuating the sweetheart neckline. The bustle in the back finishes at a length slightly longer than the dress hem. A beautiful display of draping with the slightest hint of color in an hourglass cupcake vintage party dress acquired from the original owner, we are proud to offer it here.
Label: Will Steinman Original
The dress is a bit too small for our mannequin, the zipper does work, it just wouldn't go all the way up due to the small size. The dress is fashioned with a taffeta-like blush pink 'lining' and a barely blue draped tulle over-dress. The bodice is boned.
Condition: Excellent, there is a 1 1/2" repair to the tulle at the bottom of the bustle piece in the back of the dress, see last two images.
