Condition: Structurally very sound. A few tiny spots on the fabric including one larger soil mark on the ruffle and a spot on the embroidery of one of the flower petals. A 1/2" slit in the fabric where it attaches to the ruffle just under the right arm, this will need a few stitches. There is a finished button hole in the front center of the ruffle, I believe meant for a ribbon to be threaded through. Strapless, no straps.

Underarm 34" Measurement taken by running tape across top of bandeau where the ruffle is attached.
Bust 35"
Waist 27" Measurement taken across bottom hem of bandeau.
Length/height in front 11" (measurement taken from top of ruffle to bottom edge of hem).
Length/height in the rear 9 1/2" (measurement taken from top of ruffle to bottom edge of hem).
