Beautiful traditional kaftan dress in a warm golden saffron cotton with embroidered bodice embellished with mirrors. Square neckline. Gentle bell shaped sleeves. Fitted embroidered bodice and knife pleated long skirt with embroidery at the hem.
The dress is unlined and has no closures. It would not fit over the shoulders of my mannequin so I photographed it on the hanger. Please note measurements for proper fit and make sure it will go on over your shoulders. I can get the dress on but had to work it very gently passed my shoulders and bust. I am a size 2 for reference.
Condition: Excellent, with a few small spots of black dye transfer from the darker bodice color onto the golden saffron, primarily around the arm holes and sleeves, see last two images.
Label: Hand Made in Afghanistan, 100% Cotton
