Empire Waist with attached ties that wrap to the back.
White birdies on a black background. White polka dot ruffles.
Pintuck bodice with buttons.
Gathered sleeves with button ruffled cuffs.
Hidden pockets in the side seams!
Straight Skirt with polka dot ruffles.

The dress is unlined and only closes with buttons at the bodice. No zipper. The fabric is cotton or cotton blend and is very unique with a print of tiny birds on the front and white polka dots on the backside, see last image.
