The gold lame adds a just-right shimmer to the warm copper, bronze and light turquoise tonal stylized graphic flower print on this 1960s MOD Brocade Evening Coat, one of the most beautiful brocades I've seen. The 3/4 length bracelet sleeves and mod A-Line silhouette are classic design elements true to the mod 60's. It has hidden front slit pockets. The look is elegant with a huge dose of fun.
I am a huge fan of the 60's and this coat is one example. The perfect Mad Men 60's ensemble (matching dress sold).
Condition: Excellent. No stains, the lining has no underarm shadowing or staining, which speaks to the wonderful condition, the coat looks barely worn. The coat has a hidden 'pocket' button at the bottom, meaning the last button, when closed, is hidden inside its own little pocket.
