1950s White Lace Buttercup Party Prom Dress

Astonishing 1950s Buttercup all Lace Bombshell Vintage Party Prom Dress. The lace on the bodice is ruched and this gives way to a soft yellow pleated cummerbund empire waist that is cinched for that hourglass fit we all love. From here a skirt with three layers of fullness floats like a dream to ballerina length. Small bows accent the waist in the front and back.
The dress is unlined and zips up the rear with a metal zipper. The bodice consists of two layers, a buttercup satin inner layer with white lace over the top. The skirt has a tulle inner layer, cream satin middle layer and white lace over-lay.
Condition: Excellent with some dust, smudge marks on the bows in the back (you can see this in one of the images).
