1940s 50s Contemporary Art Print Dress - Restoration piece, needs good cleaning

The print on this dress reminds me of contemporary art. With a fitted sleeveless bodice and full skirt, it's perfect for spring/summer.
The dress is unlined and zips on the side with a metal zipper. The fabric is semi-sheer and on the stiffer side, organza perhaps.
Photographed with a crinoline which is not included with the dress.

See images. Lots of rust spots and oily areas. Priced with condition in mind as it will take some work to get it clean. See last several images.
