Adorable 1930s circus striped dress in deep shades of purple, red, yellow and teal. It has 2 attached panels in the front that mimic a cropped vest, keeping in mind these panels are attached. There is also a separate small/short tie that I draped around the neck and over the top of the panels. When this piece is worn in this way, it conveniently covers some of the spots (see condition write-up below and images).
With peter pan collar, gathered sleeves and patch front pockets, a super cute dress even with its issues.
The dress is unlined and closes in the rear bodice with round buttons. Keep this in mind as it could prove tight when pulling on and off since there are no zippers or closures from the waist down.
Condition: Scattered small orange/rust colored spots on bodice, sleeves (a cluster of spots on the cuff of the right sleeve), and skirt all visible when worn. Some of the spots can be hidden underneath the separate scarf if you simply lay it around your shoulders and let it hang down the front. I have not attempted to clean the dress. Some seam stitches at the waist are weakening and will need reinforcing/restitching. Belt loops but no belt. Final Sale. The dress is being sold 'as-is' and.
