1980s Victor Costa Black White Peplum Skirt Cocktail Party Dress

Flattering fitted bodice that scoops low in the back just how we like it.  The white chiffon peplum skirt falls from the natural waist with small gathers creating a bubble 'hang' to the skirt.  Trimmed in black ribbon for a mod/retro look.  The underskirt is cut close to the legs at the hem and has no kick-pleat or vent which may prevent you from showcasing all your 80's dance moves but the look is so cute this way, wear it like this if it works for/on you (you can add a small slit at the bottom if need be).

Condition is excellent, we had it professionally cleaned.  The chiffon is synthetic.

Width of Skirt at hem is 19" across (might want to add a slit for ease of walking but you don't have to, try walking and dancing in it first)
