1930s Deco Orange Black Two Piece Beach Pajama Set

Striking color-blocking of orange and black on this vintage 1930s beach pajama.  Comes with a matching reversible (slight) angel sleeve jacket.

I believe the fabric is rayon crepe. The pajama is not lined so I would call it semi-sheer, I can see the silhouette/shape of my hand through the fabric when I hold it up in the natural light. The double-layered jacket is not see-through.

This listing is for the two piece pajama set.  I styled it with lots of different accessories, vintage bags, sautoir necklaces, bracelets, turban and scarf, please message me if interested in any of these items as a separate purchase.

Condition:  Excellent with a few small white surface spots and faint-but-there dye transfer of the black onto the orange across the upper back of the pajama and the jacket (can be seen in the photos).  Structurally in great shape with a few pindot holes near one shoulder.  Snap closures on the side and one shoulder, one of the snaps on the side needs reinforcing. Cinches around the waist with the attached ties.

Bust 36"
Waist 33"
