1940s Pale Blue Medallion + Bow Print Puff Sleeve Semi-Sheer Dress and Slip

Condition: Please note lots of discoloration on the shoulders and down both sides, scroll around the images and zoom in to see these issues. The discoloration is visible when worn. Belt loops but no belt. The under slip hangs longer than the outer dress on one side. The slip hem line is a-symmetrical, it hangs much lower on one side, not sure if this is a flaw or just how it's made.
