1930s Shell Pink Lace Ruffles Puff Sleeves Gown | Mesh Netting | Restoration or Study

This is the prettiest dress ever with pink lace ruffles on bodice, puff sleeves and pink lace bow on skirt that extends all the way down to the bottom.  

The dress is sheer, pulls on over the head and buttons closed with tons of covered buttons down the back.  All buttons are present.

I purchased this dress from the home of the original owner but she does have condition issues.

Condition is poor. Selling as a study or restoration piece. Holes in the netting throughout the dress, but mostly all in the skirt below the lace panel where the bow is. Soiling all along bottom portion of dress, looks like water marks, brownish in color. Will need restoration before wearing. And I would love to see the end result from whomever restores this lovely gown to her full potential!
