1930s cream jacquard poet sleeve night gown dress, TLC

Delicate and lovely 1930s silky jacquard night gown dress has poet sleeves that tie at the wrists and a V neckline trimmed in lace.

Please note the listing is for the gown only and does not include any jewelry or accessories.

The dress is unlined and pulls on over the head with no fasteners or zippers.

Condition is Good/Fair.
The gown will need some work, see images and zoom around to gain a close-up perspective:
*The rear seam (this is the only seam) has become thread bare and will need replacing which will shrink the gown by an inch or so to accommodate the new stitches (they will need fabric to stabilize them).
*A repair under one of the arms.
*The stitches in the front at the base of the V where the lace meets the fabric are pulling.
*There's a pin hole in the skirt on the right side in the front at hip level.
