$ 125.00 $ 85.00
Tiny cross stitching in an aztec theme decorates the neckline, sleeves and hips on this tissue silk flapper tunic. With chain stitch embroidery around the neck and blue draw-string cords with tassels. An amazing piece but has issues, see condition notes below.
Condition: Weak areas throughout, mainly around the shoulders and sleeves. Tears on the shoulders, maybe due to hanger damage. Very small thinning small hole on the left bust. Two/three small thinning holes on the right lower side below the embroidery at the hip near the side seam. Not wearable as is, the delicate silk needs stabilizing in areas. We have not attempted to restore, it is in its original as-found condition.
The embroidery is excellent and completely in tact.
Unlined, semi sheer and pulls on over the head with no closures except the drawstring at the neckline.
Priced for condition, due to the delicate nature, this one is a FINAL SALE.
