This 'India' dress is not sheer like most you see, perfect for fall the heavier weave enables easy wear with or without a slip. The center yoke is embroidered with a diamond pattern and flanked by brown velveteen panels that is also found on the sleeve cuffs. The tiny gathers at the bust create a beautiful fullness and draping all the way down. The orange flowers are a perfect contrast on the field of soft green cotton (blend?).
Condition: The top snap needs reattaching, see last image. Slight fading on the tops of the shoulders.
Pulls on over the head and closes with three snaps at upper back.
