Look closely and you'll see Egyptian figures hidden in the busy print of this red and black vintage 1940s dress. The attached sash creates a very flattering silhouette, it wraps to the back of the dress and attaches to it on one side with hidden snaps.
Condition:
*Tiny abrasions under the arms. Tiny hole under right arm.
*Tears/small frayed holes in sash that go all the way through. There's no base fabric underneath the sash causing the holes to show through to the skin, see last few images.
*Sash restitched to dress in one small area with blue thread that is visible.
I believe the dress is rayon, it zips on the side and also in the rear at the neckline, both are metal zippers.
Measurements:
Bust 36"
Waist 25"
Hip 35"
Length 44"- 46"
