Vintage Lilli Ann Navy Blue and White Nautical Mini Coat

In love with this 1960s Lilli Ann Nautical Coat in navy blue and white with bronze loops that hold a knit cord and round buttons.  

It's done in a slightly textured heavy knit, fully lined in white silky nylon (?) and buttons down the front.

Excellent condition, doesn't look worn.
