Condition: Structurally very sound. A few tiny spots on the fabric including one larger soil mark on the ruffle and a spot on the embroidery of one of the flower petals. A 1/2" slit in the fabric where it attaches to the ruffle just under the right arm, this will need a few stitches. There is a finished button hole in the front center of the ruffle, I believe meant for a ribbon to be threaded through. Strapless, no straps.

Waist 27" Measurement taken across bottom hem of bandeau.
Length/height in front 11" (measurement taken from top of ruffle to bottom edge of hem).
