Fun and fabulous 1980s Navy Blue Polka Dot Dress with the cutest flouncy tiered ruffle skirt by A. J. Bari. The dress is beautifully made. The bodice is styled with a large Key hole opening in the back and small shoulder pads. The skirt is made up of 5 tiers. The perfect blend of chic and fun!

Look closely and you can see there is a jacquard snake skin look to the fabric. 100% silk, it is very soft and supple.

The bodice is lined, the sleeves and skirt are not, however each tier of the skirt is backed with a navy organza. It closes at the back of the neck with two hooks, plus there's an additional hook/eye and a nylon zipper at the base of the keyhole opening.
