1940s Blue Honeycomb Rose Print Tiered Rayon Gown Dress with Sequins

1940s Blue Honeycomb Rose Print Tiered Sequins Dress Gown. Has a V neck 'cross-over' bodice and floral sequin design on the padded shoulders. The skirt is tiered.

The dress is unlined and has a metal zipper on the side.

Condition:
Tiny holes at the bottom of the skirt in front a few inches above the V (see last image). Some yellowy marks on the dress. Some of the clear sequins look like they have yellowed, and there are a few loose threads indicating there are likely some sequins missing. In the sequin clusters, there are areas of fabric showing, I don't see needle marks so not sure if this is part of the design or if sequins have gone missing. The dress needs a cleaning. I have not cleaned it. Care with the sequins would need to be exercised when cleaning as the threads can weaken with age causing the sequins to fall off when laundered.
