1930s Cranberry Rose Print Quilted House Coat Robe

Stunning colors and print on this 1930s quilted house coat. Beautiful roses and florals in pinks and lavenders with soft green leaves on a field of deep cranberry. Quilted all over with cotton velveteen collar and cuffs. It's a magnificent piece.

While I am listing this as 1930's, it's possible that it dates earlier and I welcome any opinions and commentary on that as I am always learning!

I love the positioning of the ties, how it cinches just under the bust, and then flows down from there.

See images showing placement of attached ties. I'm not sure if any are missing, there are two 'ties' on the upper left side but only one counterpart on the opposite side to tie them to, I show this in a few of the images.

Condition is remarkable for it's age, but does have issues.
*The interior lining has some soiling and is discolored and faded, see last image.
*A tiny bit of fraying underneath one of the armpits.
*Small hole in the outer fabric, exposing the cranberry lining, on the inside (elbow) of a sleeve.
*Male half of one of the snaps on one of the cuffs is missing.
*The ties are fraying and getting weak and possibly not all there.
*A few areas where the quilting stitches have come undone.
*A dark spot on the rear right hand side as you're looking at it, you can see this if you zoom in on image #3.
