Vintage 1970s Boho Festival Dress Black with Flowers Semi Sheer Capelet

Small retro floral print of mauve pink, dusky blue and pumpkin on a charcoal black crepe outer layer background.  The elasticized neckline is made to be worn on or off the shoulder.  The cape or flounce is stitched down around the neckline and hangs longer in the back, a great detail.  There are halter straps that help keep the dress when worn off-shoulder.

The dress is lined.  The lining in the bodice is stitched down.  In the skirt, there is a separate soft black nylon under-slip.  The dress zips up the rear with a hidden nylon zipper.
