Would be great with a 1920s outfit, the hat can sit cloche-like to the side.  Light pink and white beads on a grey woven base and further embellished with rhinestones.

Pink Satin and Tulle Ballerina Flapper Dress 

Condition:
The round beads are actually light blue on one side, as if the color has rubbed off on the other side, if you rotate the beads on each of their strings, the blue will show but that could prove difficult to keep the beads in position while the fascinator is being worn.  The prong set rhinestones are in great shape.  In the images it appears as if one of the rhinestones is missing, it had just  inadvertently turned upside-down at the time of photography, it is present.

Fit:
One size fits most.  The fascinator is fashioned with a wire that goes all the way around the outer rim so you can manipulate it's shape a touch as you are fitting it to your head.
