The embroidery work on this 1920s true vintage Peasant Flapper dress is astonishing to say the least. Cream stitching in an organic vine, leaf and wheat motif climb along the bodice and along the skirt over a cream and light coral silk chiffon. While the dress does have issues, some solvable through restoration, it makes up for it in the hand-stitched design. One of the best examples of embroidery I've seen.

Condition: This might be a study piece or for photography/photoshoot. Lipstick on the front of the inner slip, not on the outer dress. A few spots both on the inner slip and outer dress on front bodice, faint but detectable. Large tear in the hem/bottom of the inner slip at the back. Stitching at upper waist of outer dress needs reinforcing in a few areas. Underarms of outer dress are deteriorating with tiny holes. Cream upper back of outer dress piece has tiny holes and small separation of chiffon from neckline in the rear. See last several images showing condition issues.
Some remedies:
Remove inner slip, it is only attached with a few threads at the shoulders
Spot clean some of the spots
Remove sleeves to rid dress of the underarm issues.
Remove/replace cream piece in upper back, this piece is deteriorating.
