This vintage Palazzo Jumpsuit has unbelievably full legs with triangular inset panels to create a fantasatic flare. The V-shaped bodice has an attached velvet 'sailor collar' that gathers in the back center. The tailoring on this jumpsuit looks to be from the 40s but it could date as early as the 30's.
Measurements:
Bust 34"
Waist 27"
Hips 37"
Inseam 19"
Bodice Length 34 1/2" from shoulder to crotch.
Length 52"
The jumpsuit itself is made with a semi-sheer crepe fabric. The bodice is lined, the pants portion is unlined. It closes on the side with 6 tiny snaps, one of the snaps is missing its 'male' half.
The listing is for the jumpsuit only, please email me if interested in the novelty print hat. The necklace has sold.
Condition: IMPORTANT TO NOTE, this jumpsuit will need some work before it is truly wearable. A small split in one of the side seams needs restitching, the fabric is in tact here. The fabric under the left arm is splitting, it will need to be stitched down to the lining or to a separate piece of foundation tape/fabric to stop it from further splitting. Although the seams for the most part are in tact, we recommend reviewing them for strength and durability as we have not reinforced any of the stitching. There are light spots, especially around the lower portion of the legs.
Priced for condition for someone who can and wants to bring this amazing beach pajama back to its wearable glory, she will not disappoint!
