Submitting your order

Online by clicking on the 'order' icon for the desired item(s) and completing the billing, shipping and payment sections of the online order form.

Fax by completing the printable order form and faxing it to us at 203-226-7689.

Phone by calling the order in live to us at 203-226-7689.

E-mail us at order@vintagevirtuosa.com and include the item #, item description, item list price, your name, shipping address, billing address and payment information.
Order Processing

Complete the order form and submit to vintagevirtuosa.com by any of the methods listed above. When you click on the 'buy' button for the desired item(s), the Order Information portion of the Order Form will automatically update with the item number and list price.

Upon receipt of your completed order form, we will e-mail confirmation of your order to you. At this time any additional fees due to special handling or express mailing costs will be communicated.

If you are a Connecticut resident or the item is shipped to a Connecticut address, the applicable Connecticut sales tax of 6% will apply. This tax is not applicable on clothing and shoes priced under $50.00 on a per item basis. Any clothing item or pair of shoes priced $50.00 and over is charged a 6% tax on the gross amount, not just the amount over $50.00. (Example: The sales tax on an article of clothing costing $50.00 is $3.00. There is no sales tax on an article of clothing costing $49.99.)

Upon receipt of a completed order form, the requested item(s) are placed on 'reserve' while we wait for payment-in-full. If payment is not received within 5 business days after the order form is submitted, the reserve will be lifted and item(s) placed back up for sale. An item will remain on reserve until the sale is complete and the return period (when applicable) has expired.

Orders will ship after payment has been received and collected in full.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. Payments must always be in US funds and drawn on US banks.

Any item marked 'sold' means the sale is complete, the item has shipped, the return period has expired and another happy customer is sporting one of our awesome finds. E-mail us if you miss an item that has already been sold, maybe we have something similar, perhaps there's a good alternative. We're always happy to keep an eye out for you as our own search is continuous.

We value and respect your right to privacy and a secure transaction. We use a secure order form and do not communicate your information to anyone. If you prefer not to put your credit card number on our online order form, you may print it and fax it to us with the required information, or call us with your order and we'll handle the transaction over the phone. We love to talk with our customers. Please do not e-mail your credit card number to us.

ITEMS ARE SOLD IN 'AS IS' CONDITION AS STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION. PLEASE REMEMBER THESE ITEMS HAVE A PAST LIFE AND HISTORY OF THEIR OWN AND WITH THAT COMES SLIGHT IMPERFECTIONS. BE SURE OF YOUR SIZE AND 'GOT-TO-HAVE-IT-NESS' BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE AND WE WANT YOU TO COME BACK FOR MORE.
Shipping
We insure and ship our packages U S Postal Service Priority delivery. Overnight delivery is also available for an additional charge. Most shipping costs are computed automatically on the order form, those requiring manual computation (including international orders) will be calculated separately and confirmed via e-mail. Items that are fragile, of a non-standard size, or heavier in weight, will incur additional shipping costs.
Shipping rates vary for international orders. Any additional shipping costs and all customs fees will be paid by the customer. The sale is rendered complete when the purchased items are delivered to the customer, customer's agent or Customs Agency. Delivery itself finalizes the sale.
