Vintage Plunge Neckline Drop-Waist Pleated Navy Blue Floral Flapper Dress

If 20s can do sexy, then it happens in this dress. The neckline, with working covered buttons, can plunge as low as you want it to. The drop waist, accentuated with a gathered band and peplum-like sash, is very sassy. The skirt is micro pleated, falling in a gentle a line to a purple satin ribbon embellished hemline. And...it is completely lined in a soft floral fabric which is detectable through the sheer navy blue outer-layer. To say I love this dress is an under-statement...I am IN love.
